Scorecards, Coach Mode, and Interview Mode
A PrepRole Scorecard is a hiring-style Verdict, Dimension Scores, and three Top Fixes after a Mock Session. Coach Mode gives a short tip after each answer; Interview Mode stays silent until the Scorecard.
What is on a Scorecard
- Verdict — Strong Hire, Hire, Lean No Hire, or No Hire for that Interview Stage.
- Dimension Scores — 0–100 on axes that fit the stage (for example STAR structure, ownership, technical depth).
- Top Fixes — three high-leverage changes, with example answers rewritten from your own stories — not a generic tip sheet.
Coach Mode
After each answer, the AI Interviewer gives a short tip before moving on. Friendly Toughness defaults to Coach Mode. Use it while you are still shaping STAR stories or warming up for a company.
Interview Mode
The AI Interviewer stays silent until the session ends, then the Scorecard lands. Closer to a real call. Tough Toughness defaults to Interview Mode.
Real Interviews
You can also import a Real Interview (Jamie-tagged meeting you pick, or a pasted transcript) and get the same Scorecard shape — so Recurring Gaps show up across practice and the real thing. Untagged Jamie meetings are never read. See Debrief a Real Interview for how to get a transcript and what to paste.
