How PrepRole works
PrepRole is voice-first interview rehearsal for a specific Target Role: you paste the job post and resume, practise out loud with an AI Interviewer, and get a hiring-style Scorecard — not a generic quiz list.
Who it is for
Candidates preparing for tech and developer interviews who want to rehearse a specific job out loud — not scroll another list of questions.
The path
- Resume — builds your Candidate Background so questions hit your real projects and motivation.
- Job post — becomes your Target Role. PrepRole runs Company Research for reported questions at that company.
- Mock Session — an AI Interviewer runs the Interview Stage you picked (Recruiter Screen, Behavioral, Technical Deep-Dive, or System Design), in Coach Mode or Interview Mode.
- Scorecard — a hiring-style Verdict, Dimension Scores, and Top Fixes rewritten from your own answers.
What stays on your device
Candidate video never leaves the browser. Only the spoken transcript (and optional Whiteboard or Code Pad text) goes to the AI Interviewer. You can practise as a guest; sign in when you want Scorecards kept across browsers.
